The Sinjar Consortium for Local Organizations, as part of the “Promoting Community Stability and Empowering Youth in Sinjar” project, organized a remarkable scientific tour for 50 male and female students from Sinjar to the University of Mosul.
This innovative initiative resulted from collaborative efforts between the Sinjar Consortium for Local Organizations and governmental institutions, including the Directorate of Education in Sinjar and the University of Mosul, aiming to enhance the education sector in the region.
The primary objective was to inspire high school students, fueling their educational progress and overcoming the challenges they faced during the war with ISIS. Beyond being an educational activity, the trip served as a source of inspiration, breaking barriers and elevating the hopes and aspirations of young people toward a brighter future. Also, it underscores the importance of collaboration between the government and civil sectors in advancing academic achievement and motivating students in Sinjar.
