The Youth Bridge Organization organized four public dialogue discussions on the topic of local service with a minimum of 15 participants at each session that included local citizens, stakeholders, and a minimum of one official representative from the departments. The forums served as a platform for citizens to engage directly with their local officials on issues of service delivery. Upon completion of its annual monitoring, the Youth Bridge Organization compiled the findings and produce a comprehensive 20-page final report. The report consisted of four sections, one for each government department, with each providing monitoring logs and an evaluation of the quality and the efficiency of the current level of service delivery based on the monitoring team’s findings.
