As part of WASH activities within the “Building Peaceful Futures in Sinjar” project, Youth Bridge Organization fixed 16 surface drainage locations inside the Sinjar center during March 2022. The rain and sewer water were collecting on the streets and impeding obstacles to the daily activities of the local people in Sinjar. The fixing of the surface drainage solved so many movement issues that people suffered from inside Sinjar center and facilitated the movement of the people including school students, customers of the grocery stores, and the movement of the people in general.
