The Youth Bridge Organization through the “Empowerment and integration of youth in the private sector” Project aim is to empower and strengthen the capacities of 20 youth from both genders and graduates of colleges and institutes in English language, computer, and life skills for a period of 6 months.  These skills will enable these youth to get job opportunities. The group of 20 youths trained in both the English language and computers for 3 months in parallel and life skills for one month, 4 days a week. This project is part of the Youth Bridge Organization economic capacity building of youth in Sinjar as so many of them are graduates but can’t obtain job opportunities because of lacking English and computer skills and the life skills such as writing a CV, starting a new business… etc. Therefore, the Youth Bridge Organization through this project aims to:

 

  • Empowering young graduates’ capacities to get jobs in Sinjar
  • Integration of youth into the private sector and civil society in Sinjar
  • Reducing unemployment in Sinjar’s community
  • integrating both males and females at work equally
