YBDO organized four focus groups with community notables to get their views and feedback on what needs to get done to deliver better services. Each focus group had at least 15 Participants. The main purpose of these focus group sessions was to directly discuss and identify the needs of the Sinjar community and involve the community to identify their needs and recommend possible solutions that could be worked on in the future. From each session, an inclusive report was written by the facilitator to better evaluate the needs and seek solutions of the Youth Bridge Organization.
