On January 5, 2022, the Youth Bridge Organization conducted 1000 surveys. It contracted with three monitors and designed a monitoring form to do field surveys of citizens’ views about the state of services delivery in these departments. The monitors conducted weekly visits to the four institutions of Education, Municipality, Electricity, and Civil Documents to document the delivery of services, any issues in efficiency, and potential cases of corruption. Then, the monitoring team selected local citizens at random to interview their experiences with each of the targeted government offices.
