The Strengthening Community Resilience and Protecting Human Rights in Sinjar and Western Nineveh project aims to promote and safeguard human rights in these regions. This initiative will empower civil society organizations to address human rights violations while also focusing on educating and empowering local communities, particularly women and children, about their rights.

In addition to raising awareness on various human rights topics, the project will provide psychosocial support to those affected by the war, helping them recover and rebuild their lives in their homeland, as well as various capacity building courses for women, youth, and children and provision of a safe space for children to learn new skills.
