As a part of the “Women Challenging War” Project, and part of the implantation of the Italian NAP for the second year, Youth Bridge Development Organization (YBDO), conducted 2 workshops, each on for 2 days for the young women in Sinjar to help improve their leadership skills and increase their confidence in the decision-making processes in their community. The participation of women in all decision-making process and leading the community is crucial; therefore, the activities of the “Women Challenging War” project focused mainly on developing women skills and to give them a voice in the community.
