Within the period of four months of implementation, YBDO was able to organize 5 community committee with a total of 90 members from the community leaders and influential figures, who have their respect in the society. These community committees will be the focal point between the community, YBDO, and NRC to reach out to the community needs and their voices to the related parties so that NGOs implement projects that the community is in need of and can benefit from them. Also, so many people do not have knowledge about how to reach out to Organizations for their needs, so we as YBDO through the community committees was able to become a focal point between those community members and the NGOs and institutions to direct them specifically some institutions and NGOs still do not have offices in Sinjar or they have, but people still do not know about it. We were able to direct those people to those organizations to reach out for their services which they did not know about it before that.
